                    or be obligated by a contract for services. Instead if you
                    read on our website other then the "Terms of
                    Service" anything about a "contract" this
                    just means that we require you to be responsible for the
                    billing of the account type in question with out warranty or
                    guarantee for the contract period.
                    
   
                    Payments
                    for services on a contract type account must be secured
                    before the service activation process can begin. In some
                    cases we may activate service on good faith that payments
                    will be made promptly upon activation of service.
