                      We
                    prefer using PayPal to collect payments from users
                    automatically each month. By using PayPal's
                    subscription service to pay your monthly bill you are
                    ensuring your services will remain active. 
                      
                    If you do
                    not have a PayPal account you can pay your balance in one of
                    two other ways. 
                    1)
                    Our online credit card system will take your information and
                    bill your card the amount you specify to make paying on your
                    bill easy. 
                    2)
                    You can mail in your check or money order to our sales
                    office and we will credit your account. 
                       
                    Account balances that become past due are subject to
                    termination and reconnect fees. This does not mean that we
                    will suspend your service  immediately after receiving
                    a declined or late payment, in some cases we will leave an
                    account active and charge a late fee per month until the
                    full balance can be paid in full, but you must contact a
                    service rep first with payment arrangements and get a non
                    termination authorization. In most cases you will have 60
                    days to pay any remaining balance and we will attempt to
                    contact you before any service charges or suspension
                    activity begins.
