How do I log in to my website?

    Your website control panel "cPanel" is available the moment we activate your service with us.

You can access cPanel for your server from our login center "http://Virtual-Comm.com/login" on that page you will find login links to our web hosting servers. You may also try "
http://YourDomainName.ext/cpanel" to access your control panel easily. This service may not be available to websites for the first 24 to 48 Hours after a new Domain Registration due to Domain Name Propagation. Some services require more time then others to become completely active. Please keep this in mind and if you ever need immediate service contact a sales rep at one of our contact locations and we will be happy to help you.

Web Hosting - Accounts are activated almost immediately once we have approved your service order. You will receive a welcome email within a few hours which will include all the necessary information to setup your website including a temporary link to upload and view your files until your site becomes fully active.

Domain Name Registration is immediately active once purchased in the "DNS Manager".  Name Server changes can take 24/48 hours.

Dialup Service is activated same day of the order, including Holidays!

DSL Service can take a week to 15 days to become active depending on a few factors. Note: To use this service you must be an SBC-ATT DialTone customer / In the state on Connecticut.

Voice Services - New accounts are setup within 24 hours - Support tickets are cleared in 24/48 hours.
