Yes.
All accounts come with free web mail service with 3
different web mail interfaces. These programs will allow you
to read your email through a browser window without having
to make any changes to the computer you are on or leave any
mail on the computer you are on.
To access
your Web Mail Account you can type the address into your web
browser like so
http://www.YourName.com/webmail
or
for more mail options you can log into your control panel
and use the Mail Menu to access one of the three web mail
programs. Be sure to use your full email address as your
login name to log in to the web mail service.
To access Web Mail in your control panel:
1.
Click
on the 
Icon above the words Mail on the main screen
of your cPanel
interface.
2.
Click
on the words Web Mail to enter a screen where you can
select
the mail program you wish to use.
3.
Click
on the icon of the mail program you wish to use.
4.
You
will now need to enter your username and password to login.
